Q1: What do you sell?

Our main products are aluminium casement window, aluminium sliding window, aluminium awning window, aluminium single hung window, aluminium sliding door, aluminium french door, aluminium bathroom door, aluminium folding door, sunroom, curtain wall, etc.

Q2: How can I get the quotation?

Window and door are custom products so we need to quote based on measurement, quantity and requirements. We have professional technicians working for us. They will provide window and door solution that best fits your needs no matter it's for home renovation, new residential house or commercial project. Every solution and quotation will be approved by our technicians before being sent to you.

Q3: How long can I get the quotation?

It depends on the category of the project. The more complicated the project is, the longer time we have to take. For builders, contractors and buying offices, we suggest that you prepare house plan, window and door plan for us. These documents help us skip up sorting work and finish calculating work earlier. It's also OK if you don't have such documents in hands, we will follow the steps that first design, second product details, last quotation. We will provide basic estimate at the very first beginning then we revise the solution as you need and you will get the final quotation before order.

Q4: How about lead time and payment terms?

It takes about 30-50 days for production. It depends on the total sqm of your order and the order requirements. We will consider speeding up production and give priority to your order based on the order saturation level of our workshop if you have urgent need. When your order amount is less than US$5000, full payment before production; when your order amount is more than US$5000, 50% deposit before production and 50% rest payment before shipment. The payment terms is negotiable when we establish a long term business relationship.

Q5: What about the warranty?

10-year warranty is given, including unfading frame and peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. 10-year warranty for German hardware and 5-year warranty for Chinese hardware. We will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts if they are in stock; if no stock, it usually takes 10-15 days based on a regular material ordering time from our suppliers.
